1. Organize and deploy bidding activities for landscape design & construction packages (D&B)
1.1 Project budget planning
– Coordinate with relevant departments to agree on an appropriate budget as a basis for bidding.
– Build and update the market unit price database as a basis for establishing bid quotes.
1.2 Organize and complete documents and procedures for participating in bidding
– Calculate/check the volume according to the drawings attached to the bidding documents/request documents and clarify the bidding/bid request documents (Softscape, hardscape, other work items…).
– Analyze, calculate and complete Bidding/Bid/Quotation documents sent to the Investor.
– Submit to sign the contract with the Investor.
– Price negotiation, contract negotiation.
– Implement the bidding stages: Preparation stage, Quotation stage, Official contract signing stage

– Male/Female, from 32 – 45 years old
– Graduated from University or higher, major: Engineering, Construction Economics.
– Knowledge of project volumes and estimates.
– Minimum 05 years of experience in the construction field, Minimum 3 years of experience in a Management position
– Good presentation and negotiation skills, ability to build effective teamwork spirit
– Dynamic, creative, sensitive and handle situations well.
– Good system management.
– Manage and control plans, progress, and productivity well.
– Research, analyze and evaluate work efficiency
– Ability to handle work decisively and effectively.
– Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
– Ability to communicate in English (required)
